The advantages of counterattack crusher in the crushing process

Counterattack crusher, also known as counterattack crusher, is mainly used for processing materials that often require relocation operations in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, water and electricity, especially for the operation of mobile stone materials in highways, railways, water and electricity projects. It can be configured in various forms according to the type, scale and requirements of the processed raw materials.

The impact crusher is named after its working principle, which uses the principle of impact crushing to crush materials. It is a finer crusher equipment than the jaw crusher and is mainly used for fine crushing operations in stone production lines, cooperating with the jaw crusher for crushing. The impact crusher has the following five advantages in the crushing process:

1、 The counterattack crusher is more effective in handling materials with high moisture content, effectively preventing material blockage.

When dealing with materials with excessive moisture content, the feed chute and impact plate of the impact crusher can be equipped with heating devices to prevent material adhesion. The impact crusher does not need to be equipped with a bottom sieve plate to effectively prevent blockage.

2、 The impact crusher is suitable for a wider range of material hardness.

The plate hammer of the counterattack crusher is firmly fixed on the rotor with a mechanical clamping structure, and has a large moment of inertia when it rotates with the rotor. Compared to hammer crushers (where the hammer head is suspended), the rotor of a counterattack crusher has greater momentum and is suitable for crushing harder materials, while also consuming less energy.

3、 Can conveniently and flexibly adjust the particle size of the discharge, with a wide range of adjustments

The impact crusher can adjust the discharge particle size in various ways, such as adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the grinding chamber, etc. Gap adjustment can be done through mechanical or hydraulic means, and the use of a hydraulic adjustment system allows for easy adjustment of the gap through local operation buttons or a travel control system.

4、 Low wear of vulnerable parts and high metal utilization rate

The wear of the hammer of the counterattack stone breaking machine only occurs on the side facing the material. When the rotor speed is normal, the feed will fall onto the surface of the plate hammer (striking surface), and the back and side surfaces of the plate hammer will not be worn. Even the wear on the side facing the material is minimal. And the bottom grinding rod is also easy to replace. The metal utilization rate of the impact crusher plate hammer can be as high as 45% -48%.

Only 6 plate hammers are installed on the rotor of the counterattack crusher, and the specially designed tools can easily replace the plate hammers. It only takes one shift to replace one set of plate hammers.
