The PFCK series new reversible impact crusher produced by our company is a new series of crushers optimized and designed by an expert team by absorbing and digesting advanced technology from similar equipment in Germany and the United States, and combining it with the needs of large-scale development of coking furnace bodies in China. This series of crushers is suitable for crushing coking coal (washed coal) of various hardness, especially for gas coal, lean coal, lean coal, and anthracite, with more obvious crushing effects. This series of equipment consists of a working host, a hydraulic coupling (coupling), a motor, a hydraulic control system, and a uniform distributor.
The coal mixer produced by our company is mainly suitable for mixing powder and granular materials. Continuous feeding and discharging operations are possible, with high mixing efficiency, fast speed, and no segregation to ensure stable coke quality.
Our company's fabric dispenser has solved the main problems of uneven fabric distribution, blockage, high current, uneven wear of vulnerable parts, and increased operating costs for customers, with significant results.

Structural characteristics of crusher

◆ This machine is a reversible device, and the rotor can operate in both forward and reverse directions; This extends the service life of the hammer head and lining plate.

◆ The working chamber of this equipment is a multi chamber counterattack structure with high crushing efficiency.

◆ The working room of the hammer head and counterattack plate can be adjusted and equipped with scale display to meet the requirements of different discharge particle sizes.

◆ The rotor is manufactured and assembled with G16 level dynamic balance accuracy, with good rigidity and large inertia. The hammer heads are arranged in an orderly spiral shape, resulting in low vibration and noise during operation, and good stability.

◆ Adopting a combination hammer body, the hammer heads can be replaced in pairs, and the hammer handle can be reused.

◆ The casing adopts a vertical three open structure, with hydraulic opening, observation doors at the front and rear, and maintenance doors on both sides, making maintenance convenient.

◆ There is no sieve plate at the discharge port of the equipment, and the discharge is smooth and unobstructed.
