Under normal circumstances, the lubricating oil should fill 50% of the bearing seat volume; Another situation is that the lubricating oil has deteriorated and become viscous, requiring cleaning of the bearings and replacement with new lubricating oil. 2、 Abnormal vibration of the equipment: there is a high possibility of excessive feeding size; The wear of wear-resistant parts is uneven, and the impact hammer needs to be replaced; The rotor is unbalanced and needs to be adjusted and balanced; Check if the anchor bolts of the equipment are tightened and reinforce them appropriately.

3、 If the particle size of the discharged material is too large, it indicates that the hammer or lining plate of the impact crusher is severely worn, causing the gap between the hammer and the impact plate to be too large. Adjust the gap between the front and rear impact frames, or replace the lining plate and hammer; Adjust the position of the counterattack frame so that the gap between the two sides and the frame lining plate is uniform; If the lining plate on the rack is severely worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner. 4、 During the operation of the equipment, if there is a rubber smell and the belt slips, causing friction and heating with the pulley and emitting a pungent rubber smell, or if the rotor is stuck, it is necessary to check the condition of the rotor inside the machine cavity and solve it in a timely manner.
