The impact crusher is an important crushing equipment in ore crushing. Its main crushing principle is to subject the material blocks inside the feeding machine with a high-speed rotating rotor equipped with a plate hammer to the impact of plate rust within the rotor rotation range (hammer impact zone). The material is fed into the hammering zone through a guide plate. The material block is thrown up after being impacted by the plate hammer; Collide at high speed onto the counterattack board, receive another impact, and then return the hammer from the counterattack board, continuing the above process. During the round-trip process, materials also collide with each other. Under the effects of impact, rebound, and collision, material blocks continuously produce cracks, loosen and eventually break. The broken materials are discharged from the lower part of the machine body.
After understanding the working principle of counterattack, we have basically summarized it. So, what are its main manifestations in ore crushing?
1. Freedom is shattered. The material entering the crushing chamber is immediately impacted by the plate hammer. The materials collide with each other and the friction between the plate hammer and the material, as well as between materials, causes the material to be crushed due to these effects:
2. Rebound and shattered. The crushed material is not actually infinitely dispersed, and is concentrated inside the machine due to the impact of the high-speed plate hammer, causing the material to move at a high speed and then collide with the counterattack plate, resulting in further crushing of the material. This kind of fragmentation is called rebound effect.
3. Milling function. Materials larger than the size of the feeding port that have not been crushed by the above two crushing processes are crushed by high-speed rotating plate hammers at the discharge point.
